All content within Miner Pool, including but not limited to source code, game mechanics, visual designs, graphics, text, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of the developer.

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's source code or assets
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App's content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings

Smart Contracts

The on-chain program (smart contract) powering Miner Pool is deployed to the Solana blockchain. While transactions are publicly verifiable, the source code and design of the program remain the intellectual property of the developer.

Open Source Components

The App may include open source software components, each governed by their respective licenses. The use of open source components does not grant any rights to the proprietary portions of the App.

Trademarks

"Miner Pool" and associated logos are trademarks of the developer. Use of these trademarks without prior written consent is prohibited.
